20070218// A few days ago, I was reminded of Chipotle and in what I saw last month by one of the workers there – he was using a Henckels knife (I think it was a Twin Select). I thought it was kinda of weird to see that in a fast-food restaurant :) For those would like to carve the above to your liking, here you go. Mando//
